How do I bulk-create budget posts from existing Dramatify content?

To import top sheet posts or account posts from existing content like cast, crew, departments, characters, sets, and locations:

1. Click Budgeting in the sidebar menu.
2. Open your budget.
3. Click the budget menu (black icon with three lines) next to the Help icon in the upper right corner.
4. Select Bulk create.
5. In the pop-up:
   • Use the Select dimension (i.e. cast, crew, departments, characters, sets, or locations) dropdown to choose the content to import.
   • Decide whether to add them to the Top Sheet or a specific Account.
   • If adding to an account, select the summary account, starting account number, and the increment step.
6. Click Show Preview to review and uncheck any items you don’t want to import.
7. Click Create items to add them to your budget.
