How do I move items within the top sheet?

To move a row:

1. Click Budgeting in the sidebar menu.
2. In the budget list, click the title of the budget you wish to work with.
3. In the top sheet, locate the row you wish to move.
4. Click the dropdown menu to the left hand of the account number.
5. Select Move.
6. Choose the new position for the row within the top sheet.
