How do I set up the rundown and choose which content options to include?

To configure your rundown’s content options and appearance:

1. Navigate to the rundown you want to access.
2. Click the rundown menu icon (black square next to the Help button) in the Script, Rundown, or Grid views.
3. Select Script settings.
4. Decide which information and content to include in your rundown.
5. Arrange the order of shots’ content.
6. Choose which timing options to display.

Remember, turning off a content option will only hide it from view; it won’t delete any existing content.

Note that you may not have access to script settings. If not, talk to your manager about granting you increased access.
