How do I copy a script, screenplay or rundown?

Step 1: Check if multi-episode is enabled

To copy a script, screenplay, or rundown, your production must have the multi-episode functionality turned on.

• If the sidebar shows Script at the top, it’s a single-script production.
• If it shows Scripts & Episodes, it’s a multi-episode production.

If you only see ‘Script’ and want to copy material between episodes, enable ‘Multi-episode’ in your production settings.

Step 2: Copy your script, screenplay, or rundown

1. Create a new episode or open an existing episode that doesn’t already have a script or rundown attached.
2. After saving the new episode (or opening one without a script), the Script Selection page appears.
3. Click Copy and select the script or rundown you want to duplicate.

You can copy any script or rundown you have edit access to — even if it’s in another project.
